Doom metal titans Conan will make their triumphant return to Belfast next year. The Distortion Project proudly presents a special one-off grand final show for this year’s Bloodstock Festival Metal 2 the Masses grand final. 8 bands will play in an effort to secure a coveted slot on the New Blood stage in August at Bloodstock 2021.The winner will be decided by a panel of 3 judges and their decision must be unanimous. The 8 bands that had made it through to the semi-finals in 2020 before the pandemic hit will play together in one mega-gig final. I’m hoping to expand the prizes as in previous years too, so stand by for more info on that.
